What kind of tools do you repair?
We repair all makes and models of air and rivet tools. We can assess all makes and models regardless of age and condition.
How do I return my tools to you?
Pop it back to us in the post via courier or in person. Please make sure you enclose a compliment slip showing your contact details including your name, contact telephone number, address and email address.
How much will my repair cost?
This is dependent on what is wrong with the tool. Upon return we assess all tools and within 24 hours of receipt we will advise you of the cost for you to authorise any repairs. Until we receive official authorisation we are unable to start any work on your tool.
How long will the repair take?
This is dependent on the make and model and type of tool. For Riveters we stock, e.g. Far and Pop, we are able to turn these round usually in 3 days, dependent on our workload.
Can I have a tool from you while mine is being fixed?
We have a limited amount of Rivet and Rivet Nut hire tools available. We do not hire air tools out at the present time.
Do you guarantee the repair?
All repairs carry a three-month warranty on the specific repair carried out.
Do you sell spare parts?
Yes, we carry a good range of all common parts for riveters and rivet nut guns.
